Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. seeks a Sales Operations Manager to lead a 4-person team and own sales reporting, analytics, and budgeting across Retail Sales. You will partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to advance corporate objectives and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities include forecasting, KPI reporting, program management, accrual reconciliations, and P&L analysis, with ongoing development of Tableau or AI-based tools to improve operations and insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of directly related experience is required.
• Experience in technology sales, business development or OEM/carrier sales is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to schedule, prioritize and communicate actions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems (Tableau, SAP, Alteryx).

Responsibilities

• Lead annual Management Plan development with Sales and Product Marketing to set monthly revenue targets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define yearly Marketing Development Funding programs.
• Develop and refine financial forecasting methodologies and align with Account teams.
• Support quarterly sales budgeting and manage scorecards and audit results.
• Standardize and deliver weekly reports and analysis to Sales, Product Marketing and Supply Chain.
