Job summary

SitelogIQ is seeking a Sales Operations Intern to support the Commercial Markets team with data, reporting, and process documentation. You will help improve CRM records, prepare pipeline and forecasting materials, and assist in segmentation and campaign prep while learning leadership review processes.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, comfort with structured data, and familiarity with Excel/Sheets and presentations. Office-based in Los Angeles with minor travel.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in business, sales, finance, analytics, information systems, operations, marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Review and improve CRM records, including account ownership, contact details, opportunity stages, close dates, next steps, and supporting notes.
• Assist with recurring pipeline, forecast, activity, and performance reports for sales leadership and team meetings.
• Support account segmentation, territory planning, target-list development, and campaign preparation using clear business criteria.
• Analyze data for gaps, trends, risks, and opportunities; summarize findings and prepare materials for sales and leadership reviews.
• Create practical sales tools, templates, process guides, and shared trackers that make repeatable work easier.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners and explore responsible ways to streamline work through formulas, automation, and approved AI tools.
