Leland is seeking a Sales Operations Intern to support our growing sales team in Lehi, Utah. You’ll build and maintain the systems behind our funnel, including outbound/inbound automations, lead sourcing, CRM hygiene, and sales reporting.

You will work with HubSpot, Instantly, AskElephant, and Databricks, using AI tools to automate tasks and improve workflows. This role is ideal for someone with an engineering mindset and a hands-on approach to data and processes.

Qualifikationen

• Currently pursuing a degree in engineering, computer science, data science, or related field with an expected graduation 2027/2028.
• Comfortable with SQL, Python, or JavaScript and no-code tools like n8n or Zapier.
• Engineering mindset: break problems into steps and build the simplest solution.
• Strong attention to detail and data hygiene.
• Able to use AI to automate repeatable work and verify outputs.
• Available to work in Lehi, UT in person for 20+ hours/week.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain outbound automations in Instantly and inbound workflows in HubSpot.
• Own lead sourcing, enrichment, scoring, and routing to the right rep or sequence.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure follow-up tasks for new leads.
• Track email performance and report A/B test results on messaging.
• Build dashboards and reports on pipeline, conversion, and rep performance.
• Learn and work in sales systems (HubSpot, Instantly, AskElephant, Databricks).
• Use AI tools to automate repeatable tasks and improve workflows.
• Assist with Sales and Revenue Operations projects as needed.
