Qualifications

• Strong analytical, research, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support lead management processes, lead routing, follow-up, and conversion initiatives to improve sales performance.
• Assist in web lead management and optimize customer journey from engagement to sale.
• Support AI-enabled coworker tools and recommendations to prioritize leads and boost productivity.
• Gain exposure to Salesforce integrations connecting web, sales, and enterprise systems.
• Assist in Salesforce campaigns including data, targeting, and performance analysis.
