Job summary

Tarkett, a global leader in flooring solutions, seeks an analytically driven Sales Operations Analyst in the US. You will design and own Power BI dashboards for senior sales leadership, maintain CRM hygiene, and partner with Finance, IT, and HR on data workflows.

The role emphasizes data quality, cross-functional collaboration, and end-to-end ownership of BI deliverables, with opportunities to improve processes and drive actionable insights across the sales organization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in sales operations, BI, or analytics.
• Hands-on Power BI experience including dashboards, DAX, and data modeling.
• Proficiency in Excel with pivot tables and complex formulas.
• Experience with a CRM platform (Dynamics preferred; Salesforce/HubSpot also ok).
• Strong data quality mindset and ability to translate analytics for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards for senior sales leadership.
• Define data models, DAX measures, and visual layouts to surface insights.
• Own full lifecycle of BI deliverables from requirements to maintenance.
• Improve reports by consolidating or automating legacy outputs.
• Maintain a data quality scorecard and report key metrics to leadership.
• Produce routine sales reports and support ad hoc analyses for leadership.
• Coordinate with Sales Operations, IT, Finance, and HR for CRM/data requests.
• Manage email distribution lists and maintain SOPs for Sales Ops.
