Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Three years of professional experience, including at least one year in data analytics or BI.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards with Power BI.
• Experience with DAX and Power Query.
• Working knowledge of SQL for querying data.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience presenting findings to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify patterns and opportunities.
• Derive insights and provide actionable recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for sales and business teams.
• Develop KPI reporting to measure performance and inform decisions.
• Support initiatives around sales performance, profitability, and account optimization.
• Deliver recurring reports and ad hoc analyses as business questions evolve.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Translate complex data into clear insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
