Job summary

OPOC.us is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst in Worthington, Ohio. The role focuses on recurring reporting, CRM data operations, and platform support across analytics and go-to-market systems.

You will partner with IT and the implementation partner to ensure accurate metrics and scalable reporting for a growing outbound sales function. Within the first year, you will contribute to performance analytics, lead enrichment and deduplication, data quality, and active platform buildout.

Qualifications

• At least one year in an analytical, operations, or CRM-adjacent role (sales ops, marketing ops, business analysis, reporting, data coordination).
• Advanced Excel with pivot tables, lookups, nested logic, multi-tab workbooks.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce, including report building and object relationships.
• Ability to reconcile data across systems with mismatches.
• Practical proficiency with AI tools and applying them to analytics, documentation, and processes.
• Clear written communication to explain analytics to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain weekly performance reporting for the sales organization (activity, meetings, conversions, goals).
• Develop team- and rep-level KPI reporting on cadence.
• Reconcile data across exports and fix duplicates and gaps before reporting.
• Create Salesforce reports and dashboards; expand self-service reporting.
• Document methodologies and assumptions for recurring reporting.
• Support data loads, hygiene, and tests for new functionality.
