This role emphasizes problem‑solving, analytics, and collaboration in a fast‑paced healthcare technology environment. You'll gain hands‑on experience with AI initiatives, process improvement, and project execution while supporting the Sales

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program.
• GPA 3.0 or above preferred.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Explore AI and automation opportunities to streamline team processes.
• Create training materials and team resources (guides, job aids, knowledge articles).
• Support continuous improvement by identifying workflow challenges and designing solutions.
• Assist with data analysis, gathering insights to support decisions and trends.
• Document processes and requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Develop dashboards, reports and visualizations for performance monitoring.
