Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Sales Support Analyst Intern in Portage, MI to help optimize how the team operates and communicates. You will tackle AI opportunities, build dashboards, and create training materials that empower colleagues to succeed.

You will partner with Sales Support and cross‑functional teams, develop reports, test new tools, and present findings. Candidates should be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program with a 3.0+ GPA and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field and must remain enrolled.
• Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (preferred)
• Must be legally authorised to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Explore AI and automation opportunities to streamline team processes and improve efficiency.
• Create training materials, guides, reference documents, and knowledge articles.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying workflow challenges and designing solutions.
• Assist with data analysis, gather insights, track metrics, and identify trends.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualisations to monitor performance.
