Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field and must remain enrolled after the internship.
• GPA of 3.0 or above preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to collaborate and build relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Explore AI and automation opportunities to streamline team processes and improve efficiency.
• Create training materials and team resources such as guides and knowledge articles.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying workflow challenges and designing solutions.
• Assist with data analysis to gather insights and track key metrics.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to document processes and requirements.
• Help maintain and improve team knowledge management tools and resources.
• Participate in project planning and execution from concept to implementation.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations for performance monitoring.
• Test and evaluate new tools and system enhancements for operational excellence.
• Present findings and recommendations to team members and stakeholders.
