Job summary
Emerson is seeking a Sales Operations and Business Analyst to partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations. You will drive data-driven decisions by delivering analytics, forecasting, and performance reporting to support bookings growth, margin optimization, and strategic planning.
You will develop Power BI dashboards, streamline reporting, and collaborate with IT to connect ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) for efficient data flows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Business, Engineering, Finance or related field.
- 1–3 years as Sales Analyst, Revenue Analyst, or Business Operations Analyst.
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills required.
- Proficiency with AI platforms.
Responsibilities
- Generate and distribute weekly sales performance reports to Finance, Regional Sales Managers, Operations, and NA Sales.
- Maintain the CRM Opportunity Funnel and regional pipeline updates.
- Support forecasting with Finance and Sales Leadership; balance projections with insights.
- Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards; automate reporting processes and integrate ERP data.
