Job summary

Zipline is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst Intern to help strengthen the infrastructure behind its growing commercial organization. You will work on projects that make sales data more useful, processes more scalable, and decisions easier to make.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other business partners while learning how a high-growth company builds and scales its go-to-market engine and will audit and improve CRM records to boost data quality and reporting trust.

Qualifications

• Completed at least two years of undergraduate study in business, economics, analytics, marketing, operations, or related field.
• Comfort managing multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment.
• HubSpot Admin experience is a plus.
• Curiosity about how sales organizations operate and willingness to learn new tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit, standardize, and enrich CRM records to improve data quality and trust in reporting.
• Support recurring pipeline, forecast, and funnel reporting; identify trends in stage movement, aging, coverage, and conversion.
• Build account lists, market maps, and research briefs to help sales prioritize prospects and whitespace opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional Sales Operations initiatives by tracking milestones, owners, risks, and next steps.
• Create dashboards, analysis, playbooks, and enablement materials for sales and leadership stakeholders.
