Job summary

Renewal by Andersen of Oregon and SW Washington is seeking a Sales Operations Administrator to ensure accurate payroll submissions and commissions. You will audit, reconcile, and analyze compensation, while collaborating with payroll, accounting, and sales leadership to maintain data integrity.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in accounting or sales operations, strong Excel and CRM proficiency, and a Bachelor's in a related field.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting or sales operations experience preferred.
• Strong data accuracy and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based platforms.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll audits and commissions to ensure accuracy.
• Create monthly promotion templates and confirm discounts.
• Reconcile compensation plans with approvals from Sales Management.
• Collect, analyze and evaluate payroll and commission data.
• Collaborate with payroll and accounting for accurate payments.
• Handle special calculations for 2nd-tier financing participation when required.
• Audit outstanding commissions and provide training or support as needed.
• Update and manage CRM data with payroll information.
