Job summary

Renewal by Andersen of Oregon & SW Washington is seeking a Sales Operations Administrator to support payroll, commissions, and promotions within a detail-focused team.

In this role you will ensure accurate commission calculations, collaborate with Payroll and Accounting, and maintain CRM data for reliable reporting. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in sales ops or accounting are preferred. This is an on-site role with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant accounting or sales operations experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field preferred.
• High accuracy in data management, auditing and reporting.
• Strong organization and time management to maintain workflow efficiency.
• CRM tools knowledge with audits and payroll data.

Responsibilities

• Process audits and authorize payroll and commission payments with accuracy.
• Create monthly promotion templates for the sales team and confirm authorized discounts.
• Reconcile compensation plans and monthly promotions in CRM applications with approvals from Sales Management.
• Collect, analyze, and evaluate payroll and commission information.
• Partner with payroll administrators to verify payment details for the sales team.
• Perform special calculations for commissions when 2nd-tier financing is involved.
• Maintain relationships with payroll, accounting, and internal teams.
• Audit outstanding commissions and provide training or support to Sales team.
