Job summary

Palmen Motors Kenosha Campus is seeking a Sales Opportunity Specialist to join its automotive sales team. You will handle incoming sales calls, respond to internet leads, help customers identify vehicles, and collaborate with the team to process approvals and hand off qualified leads.

We value excellent communication, organization, and a positive attitude. Prior sales or customer service experience helps, but is not required; training and clear advancement paths are provided with competitive pay

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high‑energy setting.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and CRM tools.
• Clean driving record & valid driver’s license.
• Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming sales calls professionally and efficiently, providing exceptional customer service.
• Respond promptly to internet‑generated leads via email, phone, and text.
• Assist customers in identifying the right vehicle to meet their needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with customers to gather required information and begin the approval process.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up with potential customers to nurture relationships and drive sales opportunities.
• Work closely with the sales team to schedule appointments and ensure a seamless hand off of qualified leads.
