Penske Truck Leasing is hiring a Sales and Operations Management Trainee in Montebello, CA. You will apply your degree to run a business, solve problems for customers, and learn Penske processes, technology, and culture through structured training and mentoring.

You will collaborate with a high-energy team across sales, operations, finance, customer service and technology, with flexible schedules and strong benefits. Expect fast-track advancement after the 6–9 month training period.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; preferred concentration in Business or Marketing
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Internship or related work experience in a customer facing role preferred
• Results oriented with attention to detail and good time management
• Valid driver's license required and ability to drive Penske vehicles including a 26' box truck
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential

Responsabilités

• Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions for local and national accounts, including Fortune 500s
• Manage inventory of vehicles to balance fleet productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Generate new business leads and foster existing customer relationships
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
