Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business or Marketing.
• Effective communication skills, written and verbal.
• Internship or related customer-facing work experience preferred.
• Results oriented with attention to detail and good time management.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive Penske vehicles including a 26’ box truck.
• Regular, predictable attendance required.
• Position regulated by DOT; requires driver qualification file (MVR check, DOT Physical, FMCSA records).
• Willingness to travel within district and training sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions to local and national accounts, including Fortune 500.
• Manage large fleet inventory, balancing productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Generate new business leads and foster existing customer relationships.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
