Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing is seeking a Sales and Operations Management Trainee in Anaheim, CA. You will use your degree to run a business, solve problems for customers, and participate in training across sales, operations, finance and more.

The role offers an hourly wage with a starting salary of at least $52,000 per year, weekend differential, and opportunities for advancement after 6–9 months of training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Business or Marketing preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• internship or related customer-facing experience is preferred.
• Results driven with attention to detail and time management.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to drive Penske vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions for local and national accounts, including Fortune 500.
• Manage large vehicle inventory to balance fleet productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Generate new business leads and foster existing customer relationships.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
