Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferred concentration in Business or Marketing.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Internship or related work experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
• Results oriented with attention to detail and good time management.
• A valid driver's license is required, as is the ability and willingness to drive Penske vehicles, including a 26' box truck.
• This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation and requires background checks and DOT procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions to local and national accounts, including Fortune 500 companies.
• Manage a large inventory of vehicles, balancing fleet productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Generate new business leads and foster existing customer relationships.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
