Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years leading complex business transformation initiatives in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership direction to support auction goals and initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and customers to deliver results.
• Drive regional strategic plans and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Analyze regional performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Mentor General Managers and lead succession planning across locations.
• Ensure safety policies are followed across all sites.
