ADESA, a Carvana-owned company, is seeking a dependable Sales Operations Support Specialist to join the team. The role focuses on data tasks, reporting, account setup, and auditing to keep inventory accurate and sale-ready across digital channels.

You will work closely with Sales Operations Managers, handling escalations, onboarding, and data integrity while leveraging AI tools to streamline processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 0-2 years in operational, administrative, data, or auction/automotive support role; entry-level training provided.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability with deadlines.
• Experience with Excel/Google Sheets and learning proprietary platforms (AMS, AutoIMS, ADESA.com, Simulcast, OpenLane, DealerBlock).
• Comfort using AI/automation tools (Claude) to assist work.
• Clear written and verbal communication, organization, and time management across recurring tasks.
• Willingness to learn and grow toward a Sales Operations Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Salesforce case resolution and escalation management.
• Audit digital vehicle listings across Timed, Dealerblock, and Simulcast for full accuracy.
• Reconcile vehicle inventory data across AutoIMS and AMS with regular audits.
• Gather and issue routine and ad-hoc reporting for Sales Operations Managers.
• Manage new account onboarding for clients and 3PRs; update VINs/listings and maintain data integrity in OpenLane and AMS.
• Prepare central invoicing and PII rebate data for Finance review.
• Leverage AI/automation tools to streamline workflows while following SOPs.
• Provide timely communication and support to auction sites and partners.
• Collaborate with Fleet Lease, Dealer Relations, and Dealer Registration teams.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose improvements.
