Job summary

Bish Enterprises is seeking a proactive, organized Sales Team Coordinator to support the daily activities of our sales team at the Giltner, Nebraska office. This is hands-on sales support, customer service, and people-coordination work.

You will organize priorities, track quotes and orders, coordinate communication, and ensure tasks move forward, while traveling as needed for trade shows and events.

Qualifications

• Ability to work full-time and on-site at the Bish Enterprises office in Giltner, Nebraska.
• Willingness and ability to travel for company business when required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly, patient, and professional customer-service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and team follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily work of the sales team and communicate priorities.
• Track quotes, orders, and follow-ups; ensure deadlines are met.
• Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and action items for sales meetings.
• Maintain CRM data and assist with onboarding and training of new team members.
• Support customers throughout the sales process and resolve issues.
