Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Operations to handle outbound and inbound requests to marketers, agents and office staff by telephone and e-mail.
• Provide sales support and case consultation to agents regarding potential sales opportunities.
• Maintain and update agent information and activity in the company database.
• Assist agents throughout the sales cycle until they are paid, including help with licensing, contracting and new business.
• Maintain contact with agents/staff through outbound follow-up calls on product quotes, illustrations, and materials provided.
• May assist with outbound calls to promote Brokers International’s value proposition.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on carrier products and positioning using advanced case design concepts.
• Identify and resolve potential pre-sale concerns and escalations; understand commission structures and revenue paths.
