Job summary

ASV LLC is seeking a Sales Operations Supervisor to lead a team of sales administrators, ensure accurate order processing, and drive KPI reporting. The role supports dealers and Business Development Managers across ERP and CRM platforms.

The position offers a discretionary bonus potential up to 8% of base salary and requires strong communication, planning, and customer service skills in a fast-paced manufacturing/industrial environment. Location options include Adairsville GA or Grand Rapids MN.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent / Bachelor’s degree or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in sales administration or similar customer service role, with at least 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Epicor or similar ERP experience.
• Salesforce or similar CRM experience.
• Knowledge of inventory processes.
• Knowledge of finance company credit processes.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
• A self-starter with customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of sales administrators and provide guidance for daily operations.
• Oversee processing of sales orders for accuracy and timeliness.
• Establish customer service KPIs to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Prepare and analyze KPI reports for management insights.
• Assist in ERP and CRM process improvements.
• Coordinate with dealers and other departments for smooth operations.
• Address customer inquiries related to orders or accounts promptly.
• Support Commercial Team in organizing sales information for internal and dealer use.
• Collaborate with Finance on billing, payments, and rebates.
• Support SIOP planning initiatives.
• Train team members on processes and systems.
• Manage sales territory responsibilities alongside supervision.
