Job summary

Yanmar Compact Equipment North America, Inc. is seeking a Sales Operations Supervisor to lead the sales administration team and provide critical support to dealers and Business Development Managers.

The role focuses on order status, availability, production, financial and shipping updates. The position involves supervising a team, ensuring accurate order processing, implementing ERP/CRM improvements, and coordinating with Finance and SIOP teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in sales administration or a related role.
• Experience handling order processing, customer inquiries, and CRM/ERP systems.
• Strong communication, organizational and planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of sales administrators and provide guidance for daily operations.
• Oversee processing of sales orders ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Establish customer service KPIs and monitor KPI reports for management insights.
• Assist in development and implementation of ERP/CRM processes to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate between Business Development Managers, dealers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to sales orders or accounts promptly.
• Support Commercial Team in organizing sales information for internal use and for dealers.
• Collaborate with Finance on billing, payments, and rebates; support SIOP planning.
• Train team members on processes and best practices and manage sales territory responsibilities.
