Job summary

Yanmar Compact Equipment North America is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to support high-priority sales initiatives by driving wholesale and retail machine sales. You will manage end-user leads from submission through handoff to dealers and maintain CRM records.

This role works with our dealer network to develop target dealer lists, follow up with customers, and ensure accurate registrations and post-sale follow-up.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in a customer-facing role or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming end-user leads from submission through handoff to a dealer, including qualifying leads and CRM tracking.
• Develop target dealer lists and communicate with dealers by phone and email to promote programs.
• Follow up with end users and resolve issues from NPS surveys or other sources.
• Maintain understanding of dealer IT systems and assist onboarding and training.
• Run audits of warranty registrations and ensure proper product registration.
