Job summary

Randstad USA is hiring a Sales Operations Coordinator in Vernon Hills to serve as the primary internal support resource for the Sales team, including RSMs and reps. You will manage the end‑to‑end order lifecycle from quotation through billing and project completion, ensuring exceptional customer service at every step.

The role requires 2+ years in sales support or account management, high school diploma, advanced Excel skills, and experience with SAP/Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years supporting sales, customer service, or account management.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel; SAP and Salesforce preferred.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Core: Strong multitasking, attention to detail, discretion with confidential data, and ability to work overtime on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Process quotes for all assigned customers and inquiries.
• Coordinate delivery dates, review contracts, and respond to inquiries from customers, Reps, and RSMs.
• Maintain knowledge of product availability and updates to the product list.
• Process all Purchase and Sales Order forms, acknowledgments, and related documents.
• Arrange machine nozzle details and custom specification processes as requested.
• Handle transportation documents and booking logistics.
• Track order status and keep customers informed; manage billing related steps.
• Provide reception call center duties and SAP training as needed.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the Manager.
