Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service and/or Hospital settings.
• Ability to approach end customer and sales agent requests proactively and consultatively.
• Self-motivated with ability to work remotely traveling to key customers.
• Experience with ERP systems, SAP preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales order lifecycle for all orders (US/OUS and Core/PSI).
• Review order-to-cash pipeline daily to ensure inventory is properly transacted.
• Resolve billing and delivery blocks related to pricing and batch discrepancies.
• Reconcile surgical case to case billing activity.
• Process all sales order adjustments from internal/external disputes.
• Provide periodic area activity reporting for visibility.
• Support period-end sales and field inventory activities.
• Guide internal teams on resolving inventory variances.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing for system enhancements.
