Job summary

CDW is seeking a Sales Operations Representative to maximize the productivity of Account Managers through close operational partnership. You will manage quotes and orders, provide status updates, and interact with customers to ensure smooth order flow.

Knowledge of CDW systems like AS400, SPS, Agiloft and Changepoint is a plus. Strong administrative experience, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are key.

Qualifications

• Minimum basic requirements: High school degree or equivalent.
• Associate’s degree or 2 years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years in Sales or Technology industry (non-retail).

Responsibilities

• Provide operational assistance to account managers with quotes and orders.
• Update orders, quotes, and requests with consistent status information.
• Interact with customers to provide order status and quotes as needed.
• Assist with CDW/Partner services through Agiloft and Synapse (Changepoint).
• Prepare product configurations and customer quotes using CDW tools.
• Process orders promptly via SPS and AS400 systems.
• Handle web orders and manage bids in Bid Router as required.
• Ensure correct purchasing contracts and terms are selected at entry.
• Maintain sales order routers and manager screens for accuracy.
