SpaceStation, Inc. in North Hollywood, CA is seeking a full-time Sales Operations Administrator to be the operational engine behind our sales team. You will process orders in our ERP system, respond to customer inquiries, and keep sales projects on track.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and process sales orders in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy before and after fulfillment.
• Communicate order details, updates, and changes with dispensary customers and internal teams.
• Manage special requests, order modifications, and exceptions, including sales rep requests and transportation needs.
• Process timely invoice changes, price adjustments, cancellations, returns, and pushed orders as needed.
• Support delivery drivers with issues during deliveries.
• Maintain and update sales databases and records with data integrity.
• Deliver responsive, customer-first support and maintain a professional presence in interactions.
• Assist the Sales Operations team with larger projects to improve processes and reporting.
• Adapt to changing priorities and handle ad hoc tasks full-time Monday–Friday.
