This role emphasizes collaboration with field leadership, accuracy in reporting, and the ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced, hybrid environment in Pittston, PA.

Qualifications

• Collect, process, and analyze large data sets for sales insights.
• Communicate clearly across departments and levels.
• Proficient with Excel, CRM, Qlik Sense, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and process sales/commission reports.
• Compile and analyze sales scorecards and reporting.
• Respond to questions on commission plans and processes.
• Generate weekly and monthly standard and ad-hoc reports.
• Maintain accuracy of adjustments for the sales team.
• Utilize Excel, CRM, and Qlik Sense for data extraction and reporting.
• Support improvement of internal systems to boost sales efficiency.
• Contribute to hiring and development of the sales team.
