Benco Dental, a division of 1930 Ventures, is hiring a Sales Operations Specialist in Pittston, PA. The role supports the sales team with data-driven reporting, compensation inquiries, and tool usage for insights. Hybrid onsite presence is required to collaborate with field leadership and drive sales processes.

The ideal candidate handles data analysis, forecasting, and reporting using Excel, CRM, Qlik Sense, and MS Office while contributing to efficiency improvements and hiring plans.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or finance required.
• Associates Degree in Business or related field.
• Proficient English communication.
• Experience with sales reporting and forecasting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and process sales/commission reports.
• Compile and process sales reporting scorecard information.
• Respond to questions regarding commission plans.
• Prepare weekly and monthly standard and ad-hoc reports.
• Validate adjustments entered for the sales team.
• Use Excel, CRM and Qlik Sense for data pulling and reporting.
• Develop internal systems to maximize sales efficiency and insights.
• Maintain and update success plans and sales hiring.

Position Summary:

The Sales Operations Specialist ideal candidate is analytical minded. Responsible for supporting the sales department through implementing process improvements and increasing sales leadership visibility into their business. This fast-paced role involves using sales software, drawing up sales reports, success plans & reconciliations. The Specialist is a main point of contact for field sales leadership to address inquiries around compensation, sales management tools, sales reporting and anything specific to Sales Operations.

• Strong computer skills: sales forecasting software, Excel, CRM, Qlik Sense, and MS Suite

• Creation, development, and processing of sales/commission reports
• Compile and process sales reporting scorecard information

• Efficiently use Excel, CRM and Qlik Sense for data pulling and reporting across sales operations
• Development of our internal systems to maximize sales efficiency & provide high value insights to selling process
• Development and maintenance of success plans and sales hiring
• Analyze & assess sales performance, identifying areas of strengths & weaknesses to improve sales performance by sharing best practices
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Complies with all policies and standards to support the efficient operations of the department and company

Do YOU Meet These Requirements?

• This is not a remote role. Candidates must reside within an hour of Pittston, PA for onsite work 2 days per week.
• 1-3 years experience in sales or finance, with experience in marketing and communications, required
• Associates Degree in Business or related field, required
• Effectively communicates (reads, writes, and speaks) English
