EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Sales Operations Associate to own the quote process from request to delivery. You will coordinate with customers, OEMs, and distributors, building clear, competitive quotes in Sage X3 and driving the deal to closure.

You will navigate Cisco CCW and other platforms, manage pricing across networks and AV hardware, and maintain meticulous deal records. A fast, accurate, detail‑oriented responder thrives here.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a sales operations, inside sales, or commercial support role within a tech reseller or VAR.
• Hands‑on experience navigating OEM bid registration platforms (Cisco CCW).
• Deep commercial fluency in hardware resale; margins and cost structures understood.
• Problem solver who can navigate blockers without escalation.
• Experience with Sage X3 or equivalent ERP/quoting tools; adaptable to new systems.
• Exceptional prioritization under pressure; handle multiple live deals.
• Surgical attention to detail to avoid pricing errors.
• Clear, direct communicator with customers, OEMs, and internal teams.
• Self‑starter who takes initiative and addresses risks proactively.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and working documents.
• Operates well in high‑tempo, high‑accountability environments.
• Desirable: domain knowledge in networking or AV; Jira experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end quote process from customer request to delivery.
• Register and manage bid submissions with OEM platforms; secure discounts.
• Engage global distributors to secure competitive, accurate pricing.
• Build accurate quotes in Sage X3 and deliver with clarity.
• Maintain live visibility into OEM and distributor pricing; flag changes early.
• Translate past learnings into smarter future quotes and adjustments.
• Monitor pricing trends and provide market intelligence to the team.
• Maintain records of bids, pricing data, and deal history as source of truth.
• Drive final invoicing in coordination with Account Management.
• Represent Sales Operations in customer meetings with confidence.
• Partner with Finance to resolve invoicing queries and follow up with customers.
