Qualifications

• 4+ years of Sales Operations experience (technology industry).
• Strong interpersonal communication skills for interacting with employees, vendors, clients.
• Team player who is self-motivated, shows initiative, anticipates and prevents issues by executing advanced problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, excellent time management skills and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing customers and create new customers while meeting monthly sales quotas.
• Increase customer satisfaction and ensure timely delivery of orders and information.
• Educate customers about products and benefits to drive sales and cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
• Coordinate with outside sales and distribution team to process orders, quotes, and returns.
