Job summary

Epicor is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to provide sales support for complex or high-level accounts within the Hardware and Account Management teams. You will act as a leader and resource for other team members, responding to needs, placing orders, creating prospect accounts, and conducting research to respond to inquiries.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, team environment while meeting sales goals.
• Ability to work independently and able to effectively multi-task.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Salesforce.com experience preferred.
• 4+ years applicable experience.

Responsibilities

• Responds to Salesperson needs, requirements and problems.
• Place orders when requested by salesperson.
• Create new prospect accounts.
• Performs research to respond to customer inquiries.
• Support other ad hoc projects and assignments as needed.
