About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. Ideal candidates would have supported a sales manager or management team.

This role is with a well-known company known for travel and vacation experiences

The pay for this role is $25/hour

Responsibilities:

Generate, review, and process signed contracts for both B2B sales teams
Develop and deliver dashboards, and reports, to support the sales and operations teams
Serve as a liaison between the Sales and Legal teams
Identify and implement process improvements within Salesforce and NetSuite to increase efficiency and reduce risk
Provide onboarding and ongoing training to sales team members on tools, processes, and workflows
Support forecasting, pipeline reporting, and troubleshooting related to CRM and order processing
Contribute to client satisfaction and revenue growth by optimizing sales support and operational processes

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in a Sales Operations or Sales Support role in a B2B environment
Hands-on experience with Salesforce
Strong organizational skills with a focus on data accuracy and process improvement
Ability to analyze data and generate reports to inform decision-making
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Legal, Finance)
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or similar enterprise systems
Background in training or onboarding new team members
Exposure to contract lifecycle management or legal documentation processes
Experience in high-growth or tech-driven organizations
