What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers with processing orders, including cancellations, edits, and payment completion
- Enter sales orders upon receipt of purchase orders and ensure order accuracy
- Report issues encountered during the ordering/payment process and work with commercial software for improvements
- Collaborate with operations teams to status orders and communicate any shipment delays
- Engage with sales, finance, and commercial operations teams to assist with questions and process improvements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in business/technical field, or 5+ years of directly related work experience
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations or marketing operations
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Expertise in Excel is required
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail
