Job summary

RDO Equipment Co. is seeking a detail‑oriented sales support partner in the Austin area. You’ll help move deals from quote to close, manage paperwork, warranties, and system updates, and coordinate equipment logistics with the yard and service teams.

You’ll use company systems to track activity, generate reports, and ensure accuracy. This role emphasizes teamwork, customer focus, and a strong work ethic in a dynamic equipment environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the engine behind the sales team by supporting quote-to-close activities.
• Prepare and manage sales documents, finance paperwork, warranties, and updates.
• Coordinate equipment from order to delivery with yards and service teams.
• Record sales activity accurately in company systems and monitor reports.
• Assist with financing and manufacturer programs and incentives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Parts, and Operations teams to keep deals moving.
