Aristocrat is seeking an Implementation Operations Specialist to deliver flawless Oasis 360 installations for casino partners in the United States. You will install, support, and troubleshoot the Oasis 360 Casino Management System software, and coordinate with customers to configure access rights and system settings.

You'll also train users, troubleshoot printers, scanners, and card readers, validate equipment operation, and monitor post-install activities to ensure customer happiness.

Formación

• Associate’s Degree in Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with training, installing, supporting, and troubleshooting software products.
• Casino/gaming experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of casino marketing principles including customer engagement and promotions is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration across diverse teams.
• Knowledge of digital electronics and networking technologies.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidentiality.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work variable shifts.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain necessary licenses in Aristocrat jurisdictions.

What We’re Looking For

• Working knowledge of casino marketing principles, including customer engagement and service promotions, preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and the capability to collaborate with diverse personalities and management tiers.
• Knowledge of digital electronics and networking technologies.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Strong communication abilities and the capacity to uphold confidentiality.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work variable shifts.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to acquire necessary occupational and vendor licenses in Aristocrat’s customer jurisdictions.
