Job description

Join our team as a Sales Operations Specialist and contribute to our mission of helping enterprises modernize today's realities and tomorrow's opportunities. CDS Multi-Vendor Support Services is a leading provider of enterprise support solutions, dedicated to streamlining operations, reducing maintenance costs, and extending the lifespan of data center assets. We offer comprehensive assistance throughout the entire asset lifecycle, ensuring seamless support both during its Service Life and beyond the OEM’s End of Service Life (EOSL).

Responsibilities:

  • Manage renewals within your territory, ensuring visibility for upcoming renewals, communication with at-risk customers, and upsell opportunities.
  • Drive CRM adoption and automation while ensuring data integrity and adherence to policies with your regional sales team.
  • Process all sales contracts through the sales cycle to ensure finance and operations have the necessary resources for deployment and invoicing.
  • Create regional forecasts and ad hoc reports for sales leadership.
  • Assist in developing best practices for quoting, pricing improvements, and quote automation; provide quoting support through the Rialto Tool as needed.
  • Support the sales team in gathering proper documentation for contracts to support successful onboardings.
  • Provide exceptional customer support and back-up coverage for other regions as needed.
  • Lead sales enablement programs to streamline onboarding, shorten ramp times, and equip the team with up-to-date, relevant tools for success.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Preferred Shift: 7:00am – 3:00pm Eastern, Monday through Friday. Additional hours as required.
  • Knowledge of sales operations, onboarding, order management, and renewals.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.
  • Ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems and gain cross-functional buy-in.
  • Exceptional planning and project management abilities, with a knack for meeting deadlines and avoiding last-minute crises.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to perform well under pressure.
