Job summary

Gameday Social Apparel, a women-led fashion brand in Sioux Falls, seeks a Sales Operations Coordinator. You will support the sales engine year-round with precise data handling, order entry, and logistics tracking, while seasonally frontline on high-touch customer interactions to build trust and drive revenue.

Responsibilities include order processing, retailer onboarding, SKU setup, and proactive communication about delays or stock. A collaborative role bridging sales, warehouse, and finance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales support, sales operations, or high-volume customer service (wholesale, distribution, or e-commerce background is a plus).
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in UPCs, SKUs, pricing, and order entry.
• Commercial mindset: see customer service as a sales channel and drive incremental revenue.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Revenue Generation: provide fast, friendly service via phone, email, and chat during sprint seasons.
• Back-End Sales Operations: process orders into ERP/CRM with zero-defect accuracy.
• Onboarding: ensure new retailers are onboarded promptly and guides are ingested for fulfillment success.
• Product Setup: manage SKU creation, UPCs, pricing tiers, and retailer compliance.
• Data & Compliance: manage EDI data to keep fulfillment informed and on deadlines.
