Job summary

Gameday Social Apparel Co.® is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Sioux Falls, SD. This hands-on role supports daily warehouse operations, order fulfillment, inventory, and general workflow in a fast-moving apparel environment.

You’ll be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to flex between fulfillment and warehouse priorities as needed. Grow with a woman-owned brand known for innovative design and strong retailer partnerships.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse, fulfillment, shipping/receiving, or similar role.
• Apparel fulfillment or retail distribution experience is a plus.
• Screen reclaiming, screen room, or print shop workflow experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with inventory systems; Zoho experience is a bonus.
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality standards.
• Reliable, punctual, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Interest in learning and growing within fulfillment and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, label, and organize inbound shipments.
• Pick, pack, and prepare outbound orders accurately.
• Fold, bag, tag, barcode, and label garments according to order requirements.
• Support fulfillment runs, retail orders, wholesale orders, rush jobs, and special projects.
• Load and unload shipments for deliveries to printers, decorators, vendors, and partners.
• Prepare orders with proper packaging, labels, packing slips, and carrier requirements.
• Support carrier pickups and outbound shipment organization.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow daily warehouse schedules and fulfillment priorities.
• Support rush, hot market, seasonal, or high-priority order runs as assigned.
• Communicate clearly with warehouse, fulfillment, and leadership team members.
