Qualifications

• 5+ years in office management, operational support, or administrative management.
• Proven ability to delegate effectively and manage virtual/remote support staff.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (Gusto, Rippling, BambooHR) and Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
• Strong organizational skills and discretion with confidential data.
• Location: Sioux Falls, SD on-site preferred.

Responsibilities

• Payroll & HRIS administration end-to-end using HRIS, ensuring accuracy.
• Maintain employee records, PTO tracking, and tax details.
• Coordinate multi-state payroll, EINs and state tax accounts.
• Onboarding and offboarding in the HRIS platform.
• Coordinate benefits with brokers and benefits administration.
• Supervise remote support assistant and delegate tasks.
• Oversee day-to-day office operations, facilities, vendors, and supplies.
• Collaborate with Remote Controller on localized financial workflows.
• Handle paper checks, mail processing, and payment logging.
• Follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable where applicable.
