Job summary

NISC, a leading enterprise software provider, seeks a Contract & Proposals Specialist to generate proposals, contracts, and pricing content. The role requires data-driven thinking, strong writing, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams.

Primary duties include RFP preparation, template maintenance, and ensuring alignment between contracts and customer proposals. Travel may be required to engage with Members and vendors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of NISC pricing models, software applications, and hardware.
• Knowledge of project management processes and theory.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Mastery in MS Excel.
• Basic level presentation and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare contracts, change orders, and proposals for multi-industries.
• Maintain proposal templates and ensure accuracy.
• Gather and manage information from product, implementation and sales teams for RFPs.
• Refine best practices to improve efficiencies.
• Research sales related activities to improve processes.
• Explore data integration and reporting across multiple databases.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to present data for awareness and decision making.
• Identify trends and develop data integrity solutions.
• Review industry contracts to ensure alignment with proposals.
• Travel as needed to meet goals.
• Support in compliance with NISC values.
