Job summary

Smurfit Westrock in the United States is seeking an Account Team member to support the program manager and sales team. You will track, investigate, and report project information, resolve issues, and help ensure on-time delivery.

Daily tasks include coordinating meeting agendas, maintaining action registers, monitoring timelines and costs, and preparing data-driven sales materials. Strong communication and multi-tasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Must communicate proactively and follow through on tasks.
• Experience managing multiple projects successfully.
• Proficient in entering data across software programs.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Communicates daily with Sales Production Manager, program managers, sales and other internal staff.
• Serves as contact between sales, customers, and internal departments in absence of sales and program managers.
• Attends meetings, takes notes, and maintains action registers.
• Leads meetings with proper agendas and action tracking.
• Develops and monitors project timelines and cost to ensure on-time delivery and margin.
