Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
• Excellent telephone and email communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of contact for strategic customers and sales staff.
• Enter orders from customers and the sales force and monitor progress.
• Provide timely communication of order status and delays to customers and sales.
• Coordinate with production operations to meet delivery timelines.
• Prepare quotations and ensure quotes align with costs and schedules.
