Job summary

Motion is seeking a Sales Operations Manager in Columbus, OH with hybrid-remote work options. The role partners with the COO and CEO/CRO to streamline sales workflows, maintain data integrity, and drive accountability across sales and delivery within a cloud/SaaS and hardware deployment environment.

You will own daily cadences, support executive communications, and lead cross-functional projects while maintaining compliant, scalable processes in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales operations or related roles in high-growth environments.
• Proficient with Hubspot and Salesforce, and Google Workspace.
• Strong ability to organize data, build trackers, and maintain compliance.
• Discretion and judgment handling confidential information.
• Adaptable with proactive, action-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Daily sales calls; manage pipeline rollups and data accuracy.
• Executive communications: draft internal announcements and updates.
• SOP & process support: document daily sales workflows and maintain knowledge base.
• Cross-department coordination: liaison between GTM, hardware/deployments, engineering, and finance.
• Special projects & research: data gathering and analysis for the CEO.
