Elemica is seeking a Manager of Sales Operations for a fully remote role, preferably in Eastern or Central time zones. The role oversees forecasting, pipeline reporting, and incentive compensation administration to support a global sales organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or related role.
• Experience with international sales teams or supply chain tech is highly preferred.
• Hands-on forecasting, pipeline management, reporting, and CRM data quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly forecasting cycle with deadlines and reports.
• Coordinate pipeline and forecast reviews with sales leaders.
• Maintain dashboards for bookings, pipeline, quota attainment, and productivity.
• Support sales planning, territory assignments, and quota allocation.
• Assist in incentive compensation modeling and plan administration.
• Improve sales workflows and CRM usage with Salesforce enhancements.
