Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking a Manager of Sales Operations to lead the sales and delivery team out of the Ridgeland, SC facility.

You will drive the commercial plan, coordinate across functions, and manage relationships with key customers to grow profits and efficiency. The role requires 3–5 years of management experience in beverages or related fields, with strong analytical and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years progressive management in beverage industry or equivalent duties in other industries
• Sales management and selling skills preferred but not required
• Distribution experience or operational knowledge preferred
• Proven customer management ability and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Drives top-line growth by leading selling and execution of the annual commercial plan across multiple channels.
• Develops and mentors District Sales Managers and Distribution Supervisors to support continuous improvement and career growth.
• Leads cross-functional collaboration with warehouse, product supply, customer management, and other department leaders to meet shared expectations.
• Owns key customer relationships to enable plan execution and deliver excellent service in the market.
