Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end sales operations: from lead tracking to appointment closure
• Set up and optimize CRM workflows to improve lead conversion
• Track daily telecaller performance and appointment pipeline
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
• Coordinate with patient counsellors and operations team for seamless handover
• Design and monitor sales incentive structures and performance dashboards
• Generate actionable insights through regular reporting and analytics
• Train and guide telecallers on scripts, objection handling, and follow-up strategy
• Work cross-functionally with marketing and clinical teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
